Exterior Specifications

The ten cottages, constructed to the highest specifications, utilise the very latest eco-friendly innovations and technology. Even so, particular attention has been paid to the exterior appearance of the Garden Cottages to ensure that they are in keeping with 17th Century Digswell Lodge.

Ibstock Ivanhoe rural blend bricks are used in Flemish bond construction along with Marley Eternit Ashdown handmade sand finished tiles to match the ambience of the Lodge.

Porches are constructed in green oak and doors in oak with glazed insert. Windows feature white timber with double glazed Georgian sashes.

Special note should be taken that each of the four terrace houses features a spacious lower floor with an additional lifestyle space, a store and utility room.
