Historical Note
The Shalcross Wing is named after Humphrey Shalcross, who started building Digswell Lodge for his daughter Margaret in 1669.
The entrance hall, solid wood staircase and gallery landing all boast the original exposed beams and the magnificent living room, with its south facing aspect, features a Tudor open fireplace and herringbone hearth.
The first floor has exposed beams throughout and includes the master bedroom with en-suite/bathroom, the second bedroom with en-suite and a study. Overall dimensions are 1564 square feet.
